This prototype is a full-body compression suit lined with sensors, electrodes and microchips that acquire the athlete’s physiological data. We modeled this bodysuit to accurately monitor movement as well as the functions of the heart and lungs by basing it off of our medically-certified device.
We designed the Performer Runner prototype for athletes and their coaches to improve performances by analyzing precise algorithms that render the raw physiological data being generated in real-time, into valuable information. Given the wide range of data-collecting sensors embedded in the garment, the participants of the Hackathon were able to explore the many exciting, athletic possibilities for our wearable technology.
